2-Day Panoramic private Tour: Xi'an Terracotta Army&Mausoleum

Two focused days on the Terracotta Army was exactly what we wanted in Xi'an. Having a private guide meant we beat the crowds to Pit 1 in the morning and got the full story of Emperor Qin's mausoleum without being herded. The scale of the warriors is something you have to see to believe.

The panoramic angle on the Terracotta Warriors with a private guide was so much better than a big group. He explained the burial complex and the mausoleum mound, and the detail on each soldier's face. Two days gave us time to really absorb it rather than rush.

Short and superb. The Terracotta Army is the reason you come to Xi'an and this two-day private tour did it justice. Our guide timed our entry perfectly and the explanations of the Mausoleum site added real depth. Pickup at the hotel was prompt both days.

Excellent coverage of the Terracotta Warriors over two days. The site can get busy but our private guide navigated it well. I'd have liked a little more on the city itself, but the focus was clearly the Army and the Mausoleum, which were incredible.
