Luoyang: Laojun Mountain Golden Summit Private Day Trip

Depart Luoyang early for a mountain day at Laojunshan, combining cable-car access, a weather-dependent ridge walk and the Golden Summit area. The route is deliberately conditional and does not promise a summit when visibility or operations are unsuitable.

This is the standard planned route. The order may change for traffic, weather, crowd control, maintenance or site operations while retaining the core attraction whenever it is operating.

06:30–09:15 — Travel from Luoyang to Luanchuan with a safety briefing and introduction to Daoist mountain culture.

09:15–10:30 — Complete admission, internal transport and the first cable-car segment if operating.

10:30–13:30 — Follow a walking and cable-car combination toward Shili Huaping and the Golden Summit area according to conditions.

13:30–14:30 — Simple lunch and rest on the mountain.

14:30–16:30 — Descend to the visitor center using confirmed operating services.

16:30–19:30 — Return to central Luoyang.
