09:30–12:00 — Walk the gorge trail through open cascade and forest sections.
12:00–13:00 — Lunch, hydration and rest.
13:00–15:00 — Continue to the main waterfall area using the safest open route.
15:00–16:30 — Return to central Yichang.

Day 1 | Three Gorges Waterfall
08:30–09:30 — Pickup in central Yichang and drive to the scenic area.
09:30–12:00 — Walk the gorge trail through open cascade and forest sections.

13:00–15:00 — Continue to the main waterfall area using the safest open route.
15:00–16:30 — Return to central Yichang.
