One detail from the day: the useful moment came when the host corrected one small technique at the cooking session in Jingdezhen. That is the part I tried again after getting home.
This worked for us because we didn't have to solve transport between Jingdezhen and the cooking session. We could pay attention to the places, not the logistics.
A practical note: there was more walking than I guessed from the title. Nothing difficult, just enough that I was glad I wore trainers. With 3 hours and 30 minutes to work with, the balance felt sensible.
