白沙是丽江之前的纳西族首府，至今仍是其最真实的村庄。上午：白沙壁画——1385-1619年绘制的50多幅佛教壁画融合了藏族、汉族、纳西族和白族的艺术传统，被认为是云南最重要的宗教艺术。继续前往 “山茶树之王” 的故乡玉峰寺——这是一种拥有 500 年历史的山茶花，每年春天会开出超过 20,000 朵花。在白沙纳西族一家吃午饭。下午：参观何博士的诊所，布鲁斯·查特温的著名纳西草药师（仍由何家族经营），最后在东巴萨满文化博物馆参观世界上唯一活着的象形文字。返回丽江古城欣赏日落。
