丽江：拉什湖骑马和茶马路径一日游

拉什海（拉什湖）距离丽江古城 30 分钟路程，是曾经将云南普洱茶运送到西藏的古茶马路上的第一个主要大篷车停靠站。如今，其高山湿地和纳西族村庄保留了这一遗产。早晨：在导游的带领下，沿着铺有鹅卵石的原始茶马步道骑马（适合初次骑手，温柔的云南小马）。在纳西农家乐享用午餐——粘土锅鱼、野生蘑菇汤、新鲜牦牛酸奶。下午：骑自行车或乘船穿越拉希湖，观赏迁徙的白鹭和黑颈鹤（冬季）。下午 5 点前返回丽江。
