束河老城（Suhe）位于丽江老城以北 4 公里处，是古老但更安静的纳西族定居点——茶马路商人在藏族过境点之前休息的原始 “大篷车”。早上：漫步四方听音广场（Sifang Tingyin），这是束河的主要运河边广场，下午纳西族长老仍在那里演奏音乐。参观茶马路文化博物馆、小镇水源的龙泉（龙泉）和三圣寺。在一座拥有 200 年历史的纳西族房屋中的庭院餐厅享用午餐。下午：漫步马鞍制造商街（Pisi Wuhua Stone Lane），那里的皮革工匠仍在手工制作茶马路马鞍。回到你的酒店。
