上海：白水冲瀑布和杨E步道徒步旅行

在这次为期一天的山地徒步旅行中，用上海换取野生的四明山。您的一天从上午 7:15 从徐汇接客车开始，在 10:30 左右抵达白水冲步道起点。你的第一站是壮观的 53 米高的白水冲瀑布，它被昵称为 “白龙飞翔”。爬上道师山，参观历史悠久的佛教茶道遗址。继续沿着山脊小径穿过翡翠茶园和盛开的桃园。下午，沿着风景秀丽的东岗山脊徒步旅行，远处的思明湖一览无余。沿着传说中的杨鄂古道向下走，这是一条古代旅行者使用的具有千年历史的石路。在下家岭村结束，那里的长途汽车正等着你在晚上 7:30 之前返回上海。这是一次适度的徒步旅行（12-65 岁），攀登速度很大，风景优美。自备野餐午餐、水和结实的登山鞋。
