3-Day Jiuzhaigou Valley Private Tour from Chengdu

Three days based out of Chengdu to see Jiuzhaigou, and having the park tickets and hotel pickup all arranged was a huge relief. The turquoise lakes and waterfalls in autumn were beyond beautiful. Our English-speaking guide explained the geology and the Tibetan villages in the valley.

Jiuzhaigou's UNESCO scenery is every bit as magical as people say. The private guide picked us up right from our Chengdu hotel and handled all the park entry, so we just enjoyed the boardwalks past the blue lakes and waterfalls. Three days was perfect.

Beautiful turquoise lakes and waterfalls, a true natural wonder. The drive from Chengdu to the valley is long but scenic. Park tickets included saved a lot of queuing. The guide was helpful, just note summer means more crowds on the popular boardwalks.

Did the winter version and Jiuzhaigou under snow was a fairy tale, fewer people, frozen falls, lakes still glowing blue. Hotel pickup in Chengdu and all tickets sorted made it stress-free. The English-speaking guide kept us warm, fed and on schedule.
