One detail from the day: the title makes this sound like a lot of ground to cover. In practice, Dark Side of Hong Kong - Kowloon Caged Homes Walking and Hong Kong felt like two distinct parts of the trip, not the same day repeated.
We had enough information to understand Hong Kong, but it never turned into a classroom. The balance felt natural.
A practical note: there was more walking than I guessed from the title. Nothing difficult, just enough that I was glad I wore trainers. With 2 hours to work with, the balance felt sensible.
