About This Tour
Travel through Chengdu and Chongqing on a five-day, four-night private journey. See giant pandas, experience Chengdu’s teahouse and historic-street culture, then continue by high-speed train to Chongqing for hillside neighbourhoods, river landmarks and evening city views. Spanish-speaking guide service is provided during the scheduled visits.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Chengdu | People’s Park and Central Chengdu
Arrive in Chengdu and transfer to the hotel near Chunxi Road or Taikoo Li. If arrival time permits, visit People’s Park for local teahouse culture, walk through Kuanzhai Alley and explore Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li in the evening.
Day 2: Chengdu Pandas and Heritage | High-Speed Train to Chongqing
Visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in the morning. Continue to Wuhou Shrine and Jinli Street, then take the high-speed train from Chengdu East to Chongqing and transfer to the hotel.
Day 3: Chongqing | Liziba, Ciqikou and Hongya Cave
See the light rail pass through a building at Liziba, then visit Ciqikou Ancient Town. Continue to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave for an evening walk and city photography.
Day 4: Chongqing | Hillside Streets, Yangtze Cableway and Night Cruise
Walk through Shancheng Alley or Shibati to experience Chongqing’s steep urban landscape. Continue to the Yangtze River Cableway, Chaotianmen or Raffles City, then view the skyline from Nanshan or Nanbin Road and take a two-river night cruise as confirmed.
Day 5: Chongqing | City Culture and Departure
Visit the Three Gorges Museum or view the Great Hall of the People from outside, followed by a short stop at Chaotianmen or Raffles City. Transfer to the airport or railway station according to the confirmed departure schedule.
