08:30–09:15 — Travel from Zhongwei to Shapotou with a weather, clothing and activity-safety briefing. 09:15–12:00 — Explore the desert zone; sand sliding and desert vehicles are optional pending ticket and restriction checks. 12:00–13:00 — Lunch, hydration and sun-protection break. 13:00–15:45 — Visit the Yellow River zone; sheepskin-raft or other water activities remain conditional. 15:45–17:00 — Return to a Zhongwei hotel or railway station.
