Main Street of Xijiang: Wander along the lively main street of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, where rows of traditional wooden stilt houses line the mountain slopes and graceful wind-and-rain bridges cross gentle streams. Learn about Miao silver craftsmanship, clothing traditions, and festive culture, immersing yourself in the charm of this valley community. Authentic Miao-Style Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Miao lunch at a local restaurant inside the village. Taste signature dishes such as smoked pork fried rice, handmade Ciba (sticky rice cake), and locally brewed rice wine. Experience the distinctive sour, spicy, and aromatic flavors that define Guizhou’s mountain cuisine. Stroll and Scenic Viewpoint: After lunch, walk or take a short shuttle to the Xijiang Viewing Platform, offering a panoramic view of tiered wooden houses cascading down the hillsides.
